Xiaomi has launched its another gaming phone Black Shark 2 in China. Before this, Xiaomi has made its debut in the field of Gaming Smartphone by launching its first gaming smartphone Black Shark in China. Now, Black Shark 2 is the successor of that phone with some modern tweaks and is loaded with high-end specifications to give a tough challenge to the gaming phones from Razer, Asus, and Nubia.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2: Specifications
The all-new Black Shark 2 features a 6.39-inch FullHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) AMOLED display. Xiaomi has tweaked its display by improving color accuracy and lowering touch latency to 43.5ms for gaming purposes.
This device is powered by the latest octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. This device comes in two variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB inbuilt storage.
Apart from this, Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a dual camera setup at the back which includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor which is paired with a 12-megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, it houses a 20-megapixel selfie shooter.
This gaming smartphone is designed to deliver high-end performance. It sports a vapour chamber cooling system which has been designed to keep the device cool while longer gaming sessions. To make this phone more handy for gamers, this phone supports several third-party gaming accessories for a better gaming experience.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2: Price and Availability
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 starts from a base price of CNY 3,200 (Rs 32,600 approx) for the 6GB+128GB version while the 12GB+256GB version costs CNY 4,200 (Rs 43,000 approx).
This smartphone will be available in two color variants in China – Frozen Silver and Shadow Black. As of now, Xiaomi hasn’t discussed about its availability.
