Earlier we have seen a handset named as Blackshark had appeared on AnTuTu. Today, the Blackshark SKR-A0 smartphone has surfaced on Geekbench. According to the listing, the Blackshark SKR-A0 has scored 2452 in single-core test and 8452 in multi-core tests. These scores are in-line with other Snapdragon 845 SoC smartphones such as the Galaxy S9+ and Sony Xperia XZ2.

Talking about specifications, the AnTuTu listing reveals that the BlackShark gaming smartphone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and will feature a Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. It offers 8GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage but we expect the device will also have either 64GB or 128GB internal storage variant as well.

The BlackShark gaming smartphone has scored impressive 270680 points in AnTuTu which is better than the 265267 score recorded for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9+.

The Blackshark gaming smartphone might come with a 120Hz display and aviation-class cooling system, in order to compete with the Razer Phone that was released last year. Apart from Xiaomi, Taiwanese manufacturer ASUS is also rumored to be working on a gaming phone that is expected to launch later this year.
