Acer recently launched the new Nitro 5 laptop, which is India’s first gaming laptop featuring the AMD Ryzen 7000 Series of CPU. This comes after the company announced the Acer Nitro 16 and 17 featuring Intel CPUs at CES 2023.
Acer Nitro 5 specifications
The Acer Nitro 5 comes with the AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS hexa-core processor or AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS octa-core processor, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 with 4 GB of dedicated GDDR6 VRAM. The laptop also has 2*16GB of DDR5 RAM.
The Nitro 5 comes with a 15.6” full-HD IPS display, with a refresh rate of 165Hz. The laptop also supports AMD FreeSync technology, as well as Max-Q technology that uses AI to enable thin, high-performance laptops. The company claims that its 57.5 Wh 4-cell Li-ion battery will provide a backup of eight hours.
The Nitro 5 also supports Killer E2600 and Wi-Fi 6E, which will provide low latency gaming. It also has the MUX switch, which allows to manually enable or disable the iGPU.
