AFL fans can watch some of the game’s biggest personalities go toe to toe in the boxing ring in August.
The inaugural All Stars Boxing – Footy Fight Night has been announced and will take place at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena.
AFL greats Dane Swan, Adam Cooney, Brendan Fevola, and Cameron Mooney are confirmed fighters on the night, while more bouts will be added in the coming weeks.

One-time Brownlow Medallists Swan and Cooney will go head to head, while retired power forwards Fevola and Mooney will square off in a heavyweight bout.
“This is so out of my comfort zone and something I’ve never done before – I never thought I’d box, ever,” Fevola, 41, said.
“It’s exciting and scary because when you’re in that ring, there’s only you and one other person, and you can either go out on the canvas or have victory. It’s going to be a challenge, and that’s why I’m doing it.”
Swan – who won the Brownlow in 2011 – is keen to get in the ring against Cooney, who claimed the AFL’s most prestigious individual medal in 2008.
“I have so much respect for boxers because it’s the hardest training you can do, harder than what I’m used to, so let’s so how I go on fight night,” Swan said.
“I just have to try and be standing after six minutes of boxing.”
The fights will be three two-minute rounds.
Tickets to the event will be available on Ticketek from midday Thursday, while it will be broadcast on Main Event.
