In Western astrology, there are 12 star signs all with different characteristics and personality traits. Some give rise to anger a little easier than others.
According to Astro Fame, Aries, Scorpio and Aquarius are “explosive” when angry and are “not the type to mince their words”.
Aries (March 21 – April 19) is the first sign of the zodiac and its mascot is the Ram.
Because it is the first sign Aries is “always on the move” and can often be “impetuous” – they hate waiting around for others.
“They’re very impatient, which contributes to the many reasons as to why they are the most angry and stressed out zodiac sign!”

Astro Fame’s astrologer Susan Taylor offered some advice on how to settle an angry Aries.
She said: “To escape the pressure, Aries needs to run, walk, or lift weights.”
For those dating an Aries or working closely with them, suggesting some athletic activities will allow them to “unwind and think coolly” – making them an easier partner to be with.
According to Western astrology, Scorpio (October 23 – November 21) is another sign to avoid angering, as they tend to have a “terrible temper”.
Aquarius (January 20 – February 18) is another zodiac sign to watch out for and avoid winding up, warned expert astrologers.
This sign is “relentless” and will not go down without a fight if they’re unhappy with something that’s been said or done.
Aquarius follows their own mind which is a super positive trait in many ways, as it means they are good leaders and can make decisions quickly.
However, this sign’s total belief in their own opinions means they find it difficult to take advice or suggestions seriously.
Those who offer an opposing opinion to Aquarius might even find themselves laughed down by the righteous sign.
Susan advised that “relentless” Aquarius calm down with some travel or meditation.
For those in relationships with an Aquarius, let them cool off after a row by giving them space, not forcing them to talk things over straight away.
