Apple has announced new games coming to Apple Arcade for the month of July. The list includes games from genres like adventure and puzzle, bowling, tower defence, etc. So let’s dive a bit deeper into the games that are set to arrive on Apple Arcade this July.
My Bowling 3D+
My Bowling 3D+ launches July 1. It is a Ten Pin Bowling game with fully textured game environments and full 3D rigid body physics. You can set up shots by adjusting stance, distance and ball spin. The game comes with a drag and swipe interface to quickly pick up and play.
Samorost 3+
Samorost 3+ will launch on July 8. It is an exploration adventure and puzzle game and follows “a curious space gnome who uses the powers of a magic flute to travel across the cosmos in search of its mysterious origins.” The game lets you visit nine unique and alien worlds.
Subway Surfers Tag
Subway Surfers Tag will launch on July 15. The game lets players explore interactive arenas with trains and tracks, which is a first for the series. You can join the crew across “multiple off-limit, interactive city locations”. But you have to be watchful of The Guard and his mechanical minions and it’s only going to get tougher as you progress in the game. The level of difficulty to beat the opponents will also rise as you keep unlocking the arenas.
HEROish
HEROish launches on July 22. In this castle defence game, you can play as one of six epic heroes, summon troops, sling spells and destroy enemy towers to gain victory. There are single-player missions with three campaigns and also 1v1 or 2v2 competitive matches if you wish to play against others. You can build custom decks and upgrade cards to create “monstrous combinations” of troops and spells to guide you to victory.
Kingdom Rush Vengeance TD+
Kingdom Rush Vengeance TD+ launches on July 29. It is a tower defence game where you’ll have to contend with supreme bosses and enemy empires. “Players can create devastating combinations of towers, abilities, and special powers to stop enemies and bring down six mighty kings in the most fearsome of boss fights.”, as per a press release.
