Rylan Clark, 33, has shared another update with fans after a bout of ill health caused him to miss his BBC Radio 2 show two weeks in a row. Rylan worried his friends and followers when he revealed he had been rushed to hospital on Friday.
The star has not confirmed why he needed treatment, but he previously told his fans he had come down with the flu and was bedridden for a few days.
Today, Rylan promised he will be “back soon” as he revealed how he is keeping his spirits up while he recovers.
Posting on Instagram, the Strictly: It Takes Two host shared a picture of a huge jar filled with Kinder Happy Hippos.
Next to the jar was another tower of the hazelnut treats as well as a pile of Nutella and breadsticks.

In chocolate heaven, Rylan captioned the post: “Whenever I feel ill I turn into such a child.
“Resting up be back sooooooon.” (sic)
The star was inundated with caring messages from dozens of fans.
Ali said: “Well at least they are in a grown-up jar. Get well soon.”
He told fans he was “resting” and that he will “see you all soon”.
Plenty of famous faces got in touch to wish him well.
Comedian Janey Godley said: “Sending love.” Rylan replied with: “And you too,” in reference to her battle with ovarian cancer.
Chef Rustie Lee wrote: “My dear Rylan you are so loved. The good wishes and healing from everyone will get you well. You are so loved.”
