Model Lilly Becker still considers herself jailed tennis star Boris’s wife. In 2018, there were reports of the two being divorced. Lilly revealed that their love story was intense and true.
“I’m very much still his wife. Estranged wife as that may be, but we’re still very much married and have been since we went our separate ways. It was from the beginning intense and a complete, true love story. Everyone who knows us, knows this. It’s not that I don’t want to get a divorce. We should handle our business at the right time,” she told TalkTV’s Piers Morgan Uncensored. Asked whether she still loves the tennis star, Lilly replied: “Of course, I do.”
Meanwhile, Lilly found it was extremely difficult to break the news to son Amadeus, 12, about his father being jailed and told him “papa didn’t listen to the law and he’s on the naughty step.”
She remarked: “I had no chance but to break my heart or his heart last Sunday. It was the hardest thing I had to do with a 12-year-old.”
