Pushkaran and Kunal relocate to Bombay and take up residence in a compact space. Kunal grows here and obtains employment at a gym. Then, one day, the police arrive at his house to inform him that his father had fallen and died instantaneously after losing his footing from a crowded local train. Kunal accepts to carry out his father’s commitment. When Renuka gets there, she learns of the sudden death and wishes to leave, but due to ticket requirements, she must stay with Kunal for a week. This week, when they fall in love and are married, transforms their lives. For their honeymoon, a friend offers them a free hotel room, and they spend the night.
