An NRL spokesperson confirmed to The Sydney Morning Herald that the governing body had received the footage and would investigate the matter with Brisbane on Monday.

Kelly appears to grab Haas by the throat and the front-rower responds with a left punch, before shoving him in the face.

Haas is heard calling Kelly a “f—ing c–t”.

The video also picks up Kelly claiming several times he didn’t step on Haas’ shoes.

Haas was hit with a three-match suspension and $50,000 fine for an expletive-laden rant fired at police last year.
