Britney Spears took to her Instagram to announce the heartbreaking news. In a joint statement, she and Asghari shared news about the miscarriage.
The saddening social media post read, “It is with deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent.” They also added, “Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along however we were overly excited to share the good news. Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family.”
They concluded the note by saying, “We are grateful for what we have in the process of expanding our beautiful family. Thank you for your support.”
Commenting on the post, Sam Asghari wrote, “We will have a miracle soon.” The singer and her husband received love and support from friends, family and fans. Her close friend and hotel heiress Paris Hilton commented saying, “I’m so sorry for your loss sis. Always here for you. Sending you so much love. Love you lots B.”
