Recently we had learned that PUBG Mobile’s Update 2.4 will be kicking off a new collaboration with Bruce Lee. The collaboration would feature a limited-time martial arts-themed event with new skins and outfits, and it was scheduled to kick off on January 10, 2023. January 10 has now arrived and so has a new trailer for the PUBG Mobile x Bruce Lee collaboration.

The trailer starts off with a character wearing aviators and an afro, half submerged in water in Bruce Lee’s iconic yellow suit. A voice can be heard in the background, asking him to ‘wake up’. As soon as he is up, he finds himself on land and seems to be getting flashbacks from a traumatic event. He then realizes that his motorcycle had crashed earlier and that is how he slid and ended up in the water.
He then finds himself engaging in mortal combat with none other than the man himself, Bruce Lee. It seems that Bruce Lee is fighting the character and motivating him at the same time. He is then punched back into reality by Lee and is now ready to face the opponents that he was dreading. The trailer ends with the character emerging victorious holding a Bruce Lee themed Pan.
In other news, PUBG Mobile has also introduced Panda Buddies through the latest update. There are three variants to choose from, one without any clothes, one with a straw hat and the last one in Bruce Lee’s costume. These Panda Buddies will join the players as companions on the battleground.
