Cannes 2022: Deepika Padukone is bewitching in black as she walks the red carpet

Cannes Film Festival, the biggest film event in the world is currently underway. Deepika Padukone who has been serving as a jury member at the gala has been making some iconic red carpet appearances and with her latest look, she’s done it again. 

Deepika Padukone owned the red carpet as she attended the screening of Decision To Leave.  The actress looked absolutely gorgeous in a feathery, embellished black gown with sequins. She styled her hair in a messy top knot and matched the gown’s glam quotient with smokey eye makeup. She kept accessories to the minimum with drop earrings.

Deepika also took to Instagram to give fans a closer look at her red carpet ensemble. 

The actress has been slaying in some stunning looks on all days of the Cannes Film Festival so far. In her first red carpet appearance on the film event’s opening night, she wore a black and gold Sabyasachi saree. 

Deepika is a part of an eight-member jury that will present the prestigious Palme d’Or honours by the end of the film festival. She is joined by Rebecca Hall, Joachim Trier, Jeff Nichols, Noomi Rapace, Asghar Farhadi, Jasmine Trinca, Ladj Ly and Vincent Lindon who is leading the jury. Recently, her husband Ranveer Singh also joined her at Cannes.
