Canon: Canon launches Live office in Mumbai to improve user experience

Canon India has launched a new Live Office in Mumbai which the company claims will improve customer experience. The latest development comes as part of Canon’s 2023 growth strategy ‘Transformation’ across domains. This unique office infrastructure will integrate technology and experiences. The office will also get the company’s entire ecosystem on one single platform. It will include all its key stakeholders including — employees, partners or customers. Canon considers India to be one of the most important markets in Asia. The company is also planning to replicate the concept for its headquarters and regional branch offices spread across the country.
The Live Office initiative will join Canon’s other experiential formats like Image Square, PIXMA Zone, BIS Lounge and NVS experience centres. Apart from offering improved experiences, Canon will use this platform to demonstrate its technological innovation and its complete imaging portfolio. In this office, the company will exhibit its entire ecosystem which comprises — cameras, printers, surveillance cameras, copiers, multi-functional devices and much more, under one platform.
Canon Live Office: Key zones
Canon’s Live office in Mumbai has three zones:
ICB Zone: This is Canon India’s experiential imaging zone for customers and business partners at the newly launched Live Office. The zone demonstrates the latest imaging innovations from Canon.
Printing Zone: This experiential zone is also available for both customers and business partners. It showcases the marquee products from Canon’s B2B and B2C printing portfolio.
Surveillance Zone: The experiential surveillance zone at Canon India’s new live office is designed to educate customers and business partners on the company’s latest surveillance cameras and video analytics capabilities.

Canon‘s performance in India
The company has claimed that it had witnessed a successful growth trajectory with year-on-year growth. Canon also claims that the market is showing “utmost agility post-pandemic” as it has forayed into new avenues and built new customer segments.”
Canon India has also promised to enhance its product portfolio alongside organisation workflows to supplement rapid growth plans. Along with offering experiences, Canon India has also promised to deliver products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.
