Carol Vorderman, 62, took to Instagram to show off her ultra-toned figure as she showed off her gym routine.
The former Countdown star sported royal blue leggings paired with a white long-sleeved crop top, leaving her toned abs on full display.
Carol highlighted her ultra-slim waist in the workout number, while also telling her fans about her gym routine.
She captioned the post in view of her 313,000 followers: “YM SESH FIRST THING WITH @meldeane12. Slamming,, lunging, lifting, stretching, sweating,
“Can hardly walk but so so happy. I’ve missed the gym for a few months…..back now….booommmmmm.
“Off to work now…..BBC RADIO WALES….and then some secret filming…..Ooooofffffff.” (sic)

Carol Vorderman posted a video which she filmed earlier today at the BBC’s London headquarters. Speaking over the footage, she said: “So I’m at BBC HQ in London and there’s a wonderful statue of George Orwell. Look at the words, very apt at the moment.” The clip, which she urged fans to watch, showed a statue of George Orwell, along with a quote about freedom, reading “If Liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.”
