Carol Vorderman, 62, took to Instagram to show off her ultra-toned figure as she showed off her gym routine.
The former Countdown star sported royal blue leggings paired with a white long-sleeved crop top, leaving her toned abs on full display.
Carol highlighted her ultra-slim waist in the workout number, while also telling her fans about her gym routine.
