The former Countdown presenter started hosting her own podcast, which is centred around 10 quiz questions, back in January and has been attracting new listeners ever since.

Taking to Instagram, Carol shared her latest promotion for Perfect 10 in view of her 323,000 followers.

The Pride of Britain host wore figure-hugging, shiny blue leggings, which she paired with a matching long-sleeved top and a pair of sky-high heeled boots.

Crediting Sosander for the chic look, she captioned the post: “Making my way to the @perfect10carol studio for another AMAZING week of Perfect 10 quizzing.

“My PERFECT TENNERS… tell me you Monday score in the comments below and I’ll say hello.” (sic)
