The former Countdown star could be seen swaying her hips and singing in a series of clips that showed off her impressive figure.
For her workday at BBC Radio Wales, the presenter chose to wear a skin-tight black dress with fishnet sleeves.
She completed the look with some matt black tights, using her luscious blonde locks to frame her ageless features.
Carol was joined by a friend as she danced for the camera, with the pair smiling from ear to ear while giving her 315,000 followers a performance.
