The former Countdown presenter, Carol Vorderman, 62, posted a playful video promoting her podcast, Perfect 10 as she wiggled in blue skin-tight jeans and a statement green shirt.
She shared with her over 300 000 Instagram followers: “PERFECT 10. You can catch up on all of this weeks episodes over at perfect10.uk, ahead of a new week of quizzing starting tomorrow. (sic)
“We’re so pleased to be in the top shows for the leisure and games categories… it’s a bit of fun for everyone, so give it a go… links in my bio xxx.”
Much like her fun video, The Perfect 10 is a daily 10 minutes quiz show podcast where listeners answer 10 questions to win 10 points on random trivia.
Her podcast launched this year in January and is released Monday to Friday weekly.

Fans on Instagram quickly responded to the fun clip, complimenting her dance with replies such as: “Beautiful Stunning and Amazing as always!” and “Amazing figure”.
The star often posts figure-hugging outfits to social media and is no stranger to trying new prints and textures.
Her most recent outfit and make-up transition videos have also been fun ways to interact with fans and promote the podcast.
A few days ago, she posted a behind the scenes clip of her workout sessions, emphasising the importance of exercising body and mind.
Carol also advised one fan’s question about losing weight as they struggled with menopause and depression.
She wrote back: “So specifically for menopause things to get checked as they can all be linked.
“Obviously, your blood’s for ‘female hormones’ and also thyroid hormones.
“My thyroid was low (not critical, but borderline).
“Now, with supplements, thyroid hormones [are] back to what they were pre-menopause and the effect is extraordinary.
“Means I can annoy the h**l out of corrupt Tories with even more energy!!! Ha.” (sic)
The TV personality has always been very vocal about menopause and how it’s affected her mentally.
Last month, as patron of the campaign group Menopause Mandate, she criticised Women’s Minister Maria Caulfield, 49, and Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch, 43.
Carol said she was “disgusted” at the ministers’ behaviour, which she claimed ignored the needs of menopausal women.
She also expressed anger at the Women Minister’s failure to appear in Parliament.
The video, shared across social media, saw many fans and journalists praising the tv star for bringing attention to menopause.
Carol was also one of the guests on the This Morning Menopause information bus which travelled across the UK last year.
