Hollywood heartthrob Keanu Reeves took the stage during Lionsgate’s presentation at CinemaCon 2022, to give fans the first footage of the fourth movie in the John Wick series.
The movie’s sneak-peek closed out a strong presentation from the studio, who showcased movies such as Expend4bles, Borderlands, while also announcing the Hunger Games prequel movie.
John Wick: Chapter 4’s presentation also involved director Chad Stahelski, and fans are quite excited about the movie, even though it has now suffered a two year delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The clip starts off with Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King, who had saved him at the end of John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum, after being shot by Winston. The trailer then pans towards Keanu Reeves’ John Wick, who has vowed to “kill them all,” as he plans to take on the High Table alongside The Bowery King.
We then see a montage of fight scenes that have now become synonymous with the John Wick franchise, as they were fast-paced and ingenious as well. From horse rides to car chases, it seems like the movie will build on the action elements that were introduced in the previous three movies.
Along with that, John Wick even has a new weapon for him to beat enemies down, as he has gotten himself a pair of nunchucks, which he used to break an opponent’s head.
Alongside Fishburne, the movie will see the return of Ian McShane and Lance Reddick as Winston and Charon. Other than that, there will also be new cast members, which include Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen, Scott Adkins, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada and many more.
Following multiple delays, fans are impatient about Reeves returning to kick more butt, and they won’t have to wait long, as the movie releases on March 24, 2023.
