Coolpad Note 6 with SD 435 SoC and Dual Selfie cameras Launched in India
Coolpad has today launched the successor of its Note 5 smartphone dubbed as Coolpad Note 6 in India. The smartphone comes with the price tag of Rs 8,999 for the 32GB storage variant, while the 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 9,999. The smartphone is available to purchase starting today via offline stores at 300+ multi-brand stores across 8 states including Delhi NCR, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. It comes only in Gold color option.
Talking about specifications, the Coolpad Note 6 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with Coolpad’s own UI on top. It sports a 5.5” Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 16:9 IPS LCD display with a pixel density of 403 PPI and 2.5D curved glass on top. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It offers 4GB of RAM along with 32GB/ 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
For photography, the Coolpad note 6 comes equipped with a dual camera setup for selfies with a combination of an8MP primary and 5MP secondary sensors for 120-degree wide angle selfies. On the back, it has a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, 6P lens and LED flash support for better lowlight capturing. The camera app offers features such as Beauty mode, Motion mode, Erase mode, Panorama and so on.
The Coolpad Note 6 is fueled by a 4070mAh battery, which the company claims deliver a standby time of 350 hours. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and micro-USB port. There is also a Fingerprint scanner embedded on the home button. It measures 153.7×76.4×8.62 mm and weighs 170 grams.

Despite a lot of options for Indian customers in this price range, customers have opted for Coolpad devices because they appreciate the quality, power pact and rich features of Coolpad smartphones. With a dual selfie camera, great viewing experience, long lasting battery, Coolpad Note 6 will offer a great value for money smartphone for the Indian customers. We are also planning to introduce few more aggressive offline devices in next 2-3 months, in order to make an expansion in the offline market through our retails partners and multi-brand outlets. We are expecting that Coolpad will be able to make a strong presence in offline market by the end of 2018.”
