Destiny 2 and Assassin’s Creed Launch Cosmetics as Part of New Crossover; Bungie releases a new trailer for Season 19

Two of the biggest AAA titles will be exchanging cosmetics, as part of a new crossover. The two titles in question are Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Bungie’s Destiny 2, with the developers unveiling new items to both titles.

The cross-over event comes right after Valhalla received its final post-launch update. Talking about Destiny 2, Bungie will add major additions with its latest seasonal update in Season 19 this week. So, what items will the players get to try in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Desitny 2? Let’s check all the available details here.

When it comes to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, players will get character packs and weapons inspired by Destiny 2 lore. This includes the two armor sets modeled after the Crucible’s Lord Shaxx and Saint-14.

Along with that, the game will also add two new swords influenced by the designs of the Gjallarhorn Exotic Rocket Launcher and the Thorn Exotic Hand Cannon. Finally, the weapons pack also features combat tools inspired by Destiny 2 subclasses. These have been aptly titled the Dawnblade Greatsword, Arcstrider Spear, Sentinel Shield, and the Deadly Edge Scythe.

On the other hand, in Destiny 2, players can gain new Assassins Creed-themed items from the Eververse. This includes new designs for items like Sparrow and Ghost. Similarly, the Bungie title has new armor sets: The Wolf-Kissed bundle for Titans, the Misthios bundle for Hunters, and the Eagle’s bundle for the Warlocks.

Destiny 2 Season 19 trailer out; details

Along with the Assassins Creed crossover, Destiny 2 will receive Season 19, its latest seasonal update. Bungie has titled this upcoming season as the Season of the Seraph.

The developers displayed the upcoming update with a new trailer that confirms the focus of the upcoming season on the Warmind and Ana Bray.

Furthermore, the developers at Bungie also released the patch notes for Update 6.3.0, which detail some of the changes in the new season. The changes include fixes and additions for raids, dungeons, playlists, and quickplay. Bungie also made changes to the Rewards, Bounties, and different modes in the game. Players also got added information about strikes, public events, changes to the gameplay elements like armor, weapons, perks, and abilities.
