Fans were alarmed after hearing that veteran actor Dharmendra had been admitted to a hospital. However, his sons denied the rumours earlier today, saying that Dharmendra is fine. The veteran actor has now taken to social media to provide an update on his health.
Dharmendra clarified in an Instagram video that he is not ill and urged fans to think positively. “Hello friends, be positive. Think positive. Life will be positive. Main chup hoon, bimar nahin. Kuch na kuch chalti rehti hai,” he said.
In addition, the veteran actor quoted his song and stated, “Bura mat suno, bura mat dekho, bura mat socho. Take care, love each other. Life will be beautiful.”
He wrote in the video’s caption, “Friends, With Love to you all .” In the clip, the actor can be seen seated on a sofa donning a maroon shirt with blue pants and a black hat.
As soon as the video was posted, many people took to the comments section to express their joy. Esha Deol, the veteran actor’s daughter, also commented. “Love you papa,” she wrote, followed by a heart and an warding off evil eye emoticon.
Meanwhile, Dharmendra’s eldest son, Sunny Deol, provided an update on his father’s health earlier, saying, “My dad is absolutely great and in the best of health. He is doing well.” His younger brother, Bobby Deol, had slammed those who spread false rumours about the actor’s health.
