Dragons enforcer Elsie Albert has put in a contender for the tackle of the season with a crunching shot on Titans winger Karina Brown.
During the first half with the Dragons leading by 10, Albert kept her side’s momentum going when she got down low to produce a perfectly timed tackle to the mid-section of Brown.
It was a major moment in the game that clearly rattled the Titans, who turned the ball over courtesy of an intercept just moments after.

“What a tackle! What a shot,” said Peter Psaltis in commentary for Nine.
“Goodness me, everyone at the ground felt that one.”
Former NRLW star Ruan Sims added: “Elsie Albert, right around the lower ribs there. What a beautiful tackle. You can always tell when she’s back out on the field.”
The Dragons made it through to the NRLW grand final by holding off the Titans with a 24-18 win at Leichhardt Oval.
The Dragons appeared destined to run away with a comfortable win before the Titans notched two late tries in the final five minutes to cut the deficit to just six points.
