Fitt: Staqu teams with IIT Delhi-FITT

Staqu has partnered with the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. The aim of this collaboration is claimed be to leverage the research-backed data available with IIT Delhi and maximize its utility and functionality for enhancing and improving the quality of real-time data collected by JARVIS, an AI-based video analytics platform. FITT appointed Professor Chetan Arora as the project in-charge (PI) for this research collaboration.
Staqu aims to integrate research-backed data to revolutionize the Indian innovation sphere. By utilizing the expertise of IIT Delhi’s researchers and FITT’s technology transfer capabilities, Staqu hopes to create a one-of-a-kind platform that is based on research-backed data and has real-time capabilities.
FITT provides program management services and is steadily increasing its operational landscape. The many responsibilities played by FITT can be seen in its support of technological innovations and entrepreneurship, business alliances, technology development, consulting, cooperative R&D, technology commercialization, development initiatives, corporate memberships, etc. These positions are required by the Foundation’s main mission, which is to demonstrate the Institute’s “intellectual ware” to the industry to unlock its knowledge base and embed industrial relevance in IIT Delhi’s teaching and research.
Staqu and FITT at IIT Delhi will work together to ensure that the research-backed data is optimally utilized to enhance the capabilities of JARVIS. This collaboration will help JARVIS to better analyze data collected from various sources, including CCTV cameras, mobile phones, and social media, and provide critical insights to stakeholders in real time.
