France’s stringent travel restrictions have been lifted for vaccinated travellers. The country is reopening to vaccinated Britons from tomorrow, says French minister Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne.

The French Government is reopening the country’s borders to Britons.

A decree, which will be published “tomorrow” has been announced by Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne on Twitter.

Taking effect immediately after its publication, the decree is said to lift the ban on Britons.

There will be no need to have a reason to travel to France.

It will also be the end of self-isolation for Britons entering France.

The only requirement mentioned was a negative test, but it’s not yet clear whether it will be a PCR or lateral flow test.
