Gemma Collins, 41, lay sprawled out in her bra and partially pulled down trousers as she prepared to begin a photo shoot.

A white screen was pictured at the back of the room, suggesting Gemma’s aides were ready to start shooting – but the tricky question was how to peel her out of her skintight trousers.

The Only Way Is Essex star, whose pink eye shadow exactly matched her nail polish, had full makeup and dramatic lashes installed as she lay on a cushion on the floor.

Her manager attempted to free her for several seconds as she screamed, even pulling her along the floor due to the exertion – and seemed to ultimately fail.

That said, Gemma issued a message to her 2.2 million Instagram followers amid the video footage, urging them to take heart from the clip and “PUT SOME GUSTO IN IT”.

Exclaiming that the clip summed up her “Tuesday mood”, she added: “Make sure whatever you do today is with full gusto or just don’t bother hun – you get out what you put out!” (sic)
