The Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream will officially reveal the release dates for new characters Yelan and Kuki Shinobu, and share some new details on Xiao and Arataki Itto, seeing they are both featured on the live stream’s illustration. Perhaps they will both get banner reruns?

These are the exact times for the Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream, make sure to be there. Click here for a countdown to the start of the livestream, as that’s most notably when the banners and reruns will be revealed. As always we’ll be sure to cover the stream live, most notably to share the newest Primogems redeem codes, so stay tuned. The team of the WFP Discord will also translate the Chinese version of the stream live.

Catch the Stream on YouTube!

Last but not least, if you end up missing the Twitch stream, don’t panic! Even if the Genshin official Twitch channel has no VODs, you’ll be able to watch the stream four hours later on YouTube at 12 PM EST.

Expectations and Predictions

The livestream will officially reveal for the first time the Japanese and English voice actresses for Yelan and Kuki Shinobu. Lore lords will also be pleased to see hints for the continuation of the Chasm storyline, and we will hopefully get to see Zhiqiong again. She’s definitely one of the best NPCs in Genshin so far in terms of writing and characterization.

Lastly, similarly to the streams prior to the release of Inazuma, it’s likely the 2.7 Livestream will share official artwork of Sumeru and its landscapes, so that’s another thing to look forward to that hasn’t been leaked.

Are you hyped for 2.7? Let me know in the comments below! Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android. A Nintendo Switch port is also in development.
