In a recent livestream, Rushindra Sinha, founder and CEO of Global Esports, shared his thoughts on Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and its potential return.

When asked about the game’s return and what changes fans can expect, Sinha stated that he had no idea if the game would come back.

As noted by AFKGaming, Sinha went on to say that he thinks that it’s likely that the game will not return. He added that everyone should be prepared for that possibility.

He also spoke about the importance of not relying on a single game or company, saying that it’s bad business to run a business model on hope.

Sinha commented on the BGMI ban, saying that as a smart businessperson, it’s important to explore other options and make sure your business is not reliant on external factors. He added that it’s not a good business model to rely on a single company, game, or person.

While some have claimed that the game will return in early 2023, Krafton has made no official announcement.

However, in a press conference held recently, the South Korean ambassador to India stated that Krafton is working to resolve issues regarding BGMI being serviced by a Chinese company.

Additionally, Krafton recently said that it is trying to resume BGMI services in the country. The servers of the game also went under maintenance a week ago, which added an event in the game that wasn’t available before.
