Global Esports Signs Canadian Valorant Star Jordan “AYRIN” He for VTC 2023; CEO Teases Plans For Future
India based esports company Global Esports earned a franchise slot in the Valorant International League, becoming the only South Asian organisation in the space to do so. After reports surfaced online earlier stating that Global Esports has signed former XSET player Jordan He aka AYRIN, the Canadian player confirmed it on social media.

According to Dot Esports, the deal was inked on October 4 and will travel to Seoul, South Korea to compete with the rest of the roster next year.
Global Esports had teasing the addition of an import member on social media, while AYRIN teased flying to Seoul, which is where the Pacific league is hosted.

AYRIN was in the XSET roster that went on to win VCT NA Stage 2 Challengers, and ended at sixth place at Valorant Champions 2022. The roster also won against Fnatic and FunPlus Phoenix in Istanbul.
Global Esports’ plan to build headquarters in Mumbai
Global Esports CEO Rushindra Sinha revealed in a recent livestream (via AFK Gaming) that the company owns 25,000 square feet of land in Khar, Mumbai, where it plans to build a HQ.
“Exactly, the place where I just went, to the end of that road, that entire piece of land is owned by us. It is somewhere about 20,000-25,000 square feet,” he said. “We plan to build GE Headquarter at that place. It’s in the middle of Khar (in Mumbai), parallel to SV Road, and about 25,000 square feet. So, we plan to build a big GE tower over there soon.”
Sinha also talked about how the organisation has been learning and figuring out how to grow. He also laid out the company’s slate of plans:
“We had to pause a lot of things because of the lockdown. Now, as things have opened up and we have a lot more opportunities to execute all those things that we have planned, it will be really fun. By 2025, we aim to have a minimum of 30,000 to 40,000 square feet of Global Esports in Mumbai. That’s the minimum we want in the next 2-3 years. The ideal would be 50,000 square feet.”
