God of War PC Mod Hilariously Replaces Kratos With CJ From GTA San Andreas

It hasn’t even been over a week since the hit PlayStation title God of War launched on PC, and the modding community has already started to add their touches to the game.

Just like every popular PC video game, God of War already has a massive community, and the modders are releasing some amazing projects with the game, including new character models, designs and many more.

One such mod that has caught the attention of the game’s fans is a new skin for the series protagonist, Kratos. The Greek God of War has a very menacing look in the game and fans can experience the sheer rage of the character in every moment.

However, one modder has had some fun with the model, as they developed a mod that changes the character’s look to Carl “CJ” Johnson from the popular Rockstar Games title, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

In the world of memes, CJ has gained a cult status because of his various dialogues and shenanigans in the widely successful 2004 video game. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is one of the highest selling video games of all time, and it’s no wonder why CJ has become an icon in the gaming world.

The character recently came under the spotlight during the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, when fans saw the character’s updated model in the remastered version.

While fans may argue that it looks better or worse from the original title, they would definitely agree that the God of War PC mod does justice to his character by adding him in place of Kratos perfectly.

The Grove Street native looks out of place in the Nine Realms. However, fans love how they can use him for combat against enemies and bosses. Moreover, they can’t overlook the fact that CJ is fighting with Kratos’ battle axe to maul opponents ruthlessly.

Reddit was on a roll upon the discovery of the mod, as fans couldn’t help but laugh at the memes that were becoming widely popular. With the mod, two unique worlds have combined, and PC users would agree that it’s a beautiful sight to behold.
