The new updated Google Fit app comes with a low-powered GPS mode. This mode uses the GPS from the Smartwatch with very low power. It consumes very less energy and still acts the same for the users.
When you run the updated Google Fit app, the Smartwatch will be running on a low-powered GPS and it will automatically use less energy. As a result, the Smartwatch will run for more hours even if you use the Google Fit app for hours.

The updated Google Fit app will be available for the Smartwatches running on Google’s Wear OS Operating system. Currently, this new Google Fit update and Wear OS update is made available Mobvoi’s TicWatch Pro, the company will soon release the same update for other models as well.
Google has not revealed the exact release date of the new Google Fit and Wear OS update for the other models. According to sources, Google will release this update for other models before the end of this month.
