Garena Free Fire is a title that became highly popular in the mobile gaming industry. However, its run in India and certain other countries was stopped early, as it ended up receiving bans. The developer, then released a lite version of the title called Free Fire Max, and it didn’t take much time to fill up the hole left by the original game.

The game was a massive hit in the mobile gaming scene, but many are wondering how it would perform on a higher spec device, such as a PC. Fortunately, we will know more on that soon, as Android has just announced through a recent Google Play Games on PC showcase that Garena Free Fire will be one of the titles joining its new proposition.

Google Play Games on PC is a new initiative by Android to bring its games to Windows devices. Android’s aim is to provide an immersive and seamless cross-platform gameplay experience with this initiative. At the moment the games that have been announced for Google Play Games on PC include:

  • Garena Free Fire

  • Disney Mirrorverse
  • Angry Birds 2
  • MapleStory M
