Gwyneth Paltrow denies ‘risky behaviour’ as she takes the stand to testify over ski crash | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV
“It’s a very strange thing to happen on a ski slope. I froze and I would say I got very upset a couple of seconds later.”
During her deposition, Gwyneth recalled that she and Mr Sanderson had come “crashing down together” during the incident and their bodies were “almost spooning”.
She also said several times she had been the “victim” of the ski crash while giving evidence in the US trial, in which she is counter-suing Mr Sanderson.
Gwyneth added: “What you have to remember is that when you’re a victim of a crash, your psychology is not necessarily thinking about the person who perpetrated it.”
“Mr Sanderson hit me and that is categorically the truth.”
