Saturated fat is found in:

  • Butter, ghee, suet, lard, coconut oil and palm oil
  • Cakes
  • Biscuits
  • Fatty cuts of meat

You should try to replace saturated fats with unsaturated fats which are better for your heart, advises Heart UK.
