NEW DELHI: iCloud Mail is presently down for some users according to outage tracking website Downdetector. The Apple‘s system status page has also confirmed that some users are facing issues with iCloud Mail.
Downdetector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from a number of sources, said, “User reports indicate iCloud has been having problems since 7:56 PM EDT.”

As per Macrumours, Apple has said that the iCloud Mail service may be slow or unavailable but apart from that no other iCloud service is affected right now.
