Intel accidentally ‘leaks’ the 13th generation Raptor Lake CPU lineup specs, here’s what we know

Intel has accidentally revealed the specifications of its 13th generation Raptor Lake CPUs. The chip maker published the specifications for some of the 13th gen Raptor Lake processors – Core i5-13600K, Core i7-13700K, and Core i9-13900K.
The company mistakenly published the details of these three processors – Core i5-13600K, Core i7-13700K, and Core i9-13900K – on its Canadian website. However, Intel deleted the page as soon as it realised the mistake. But, thanks to Google cached view, some Twitter users shared the screenshot of the page.
Here are the specifications of Intel’s 13th generation Raptor Lake CPUs
As per the page, the Core i9-13900K will have 24 cores and 32 threads, with the performance cores having a clock frequency of 5.4GHz, promising to deliver the highest-level performance. The Core i7-1300K will be a 16-core and 24-thread CPU, having a max clock speed of 5.3GHz for the performance cores.
The Core i5-13600K will come with 14 cores and 20 threads, with performance cores having a maximum frequency of 5.1GHz. Intel did not specify the specifications of the Core i3 processors, but the page suggests that it is for “entry-level performance.”
The details corroborate the slides that were leaked last week. The slide suggested that the two Raptor Lake processors — Core i9 and Core i7 — will be able to go up to 5.8GHz with Intel’s thermal velocity technology.
A month before the launch, Intel teased some details about the upcoming 13th-generation Raptor Lake processors. The company says that the next-gen desktop CPUs will offer a 15 percent improvement in single-core performance while the multi-core performance will be 41 percent faster.
Intel further confirmed that a 13th generation Raptor Lake CPU will run at a base clock speed of 6GHz, which can be pushed to 8GHz when overclocked.
The 13th generation Raptor Lake CPU lineup is expected to be revealed later this month. The CPUs would be available to purchase starting October 20.
