iQoo U5x launch: iQoo U5x smartphone with 5000mAh battery launched in China

NEW DELHI: iQoo U5x is now official. Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of the iQoo U5x smartphone. Launched in China, the smartphone packs a Qualcomm processor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery. The 4G-enabled handset runs Android 11 and features a dual rear camera setup.
iQoo U5x comes with a starting price tag of 899 yuan (Rs 10,700). The smartphone comes in two colour options — Polar Blue and Star Black. The company has not yet revealed any information about its global launch.
iQoo U5x specifications
iQoo U5x sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display offers 60Hz of refresh rate. The smartphone runs Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box topped with the company’s own layer of customisation.
iQoo U5x is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset coupled with 4GB/8GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.
The dual SIM smartphone sports a dual rear camera with a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s also an 8MP front camera for selfies.
iQoo U5x houses a power button on the right which also doubles up as a fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
