James Jordan, 42, and Ola, 40, have boasted that they have regained the slender physiques seen in their earlier days on Strictly Come Dancing, sharing new festive family snaps that prove it.

Ola wore a bright crimson fitted top and tight leggings, showing off her seriously slimmed down body, while James was looking equally eye-catching in an all-black casually styled trouser suit.

Despite their own weight loss success, they wanted to make it clear they weren’t recommending that their fans go to the same lengths.

Getting into the festive spirit, James urged on Instagram: “Our Christmas message to you is indulge in as much as possible. Don’t feel guilty. Eat everything!

“Eat the Christmas pudding, eat the chocolates, have extra stuffing, have a drink – a nice Baileys, why not?!”
