Reliance Jio announced the Beta trial of its True 5G services in October in six cities. The telecom operator has now expanded the reach of Jio True 5G by launching the service in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
The company claims that with Jio True 5G, the Jio users can experience speeds between 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps on their smartphones. The telco also said that the JioTrue5G is already being experienced by Lakhs of users across six cities, response to which is “extremely positive and reassuring”. Being a customer-obsessed organization, Jio believes in giving the best customer experience that is strengthened by customer feedback, the company added.
