DC will be making a major jump into the gaming realm with a new Rocksteady title based around The Suicide Squad IP.
The upcoming title dubbed “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” will feature the squad of misfit villains take on the mighty heroes of Earth, after they’re brainwashed by famed Superman villain, Brainiac,
With the title closing in on its May 26 release date, Rocksteady have been steadily (no pun intended) releasing information about the title. This includes the revelation the developers made at The Game Awards 2022, where it was announced that the late Kevin Conroy will voice the character of Batman one last time in the upcoming game.

And now a leaked screenshot of the game’s UI seems to suggest that the game will feature seasonal content that can be purchased through either a Battle Pass or the Store. The image which originated from 4Chan is now circulating on social media platforms like Reddit and Twitter.
According to a source for VGC, the game will have a Battle Pass, which will only feature in-game cosmetics like skins for characters like Harley Quinn, King Shark, and more. Plus, the rumored currencies shown in the screenshot have been confirmed to be XP that players can use to level up and customize characters based on their playstyle.
While fans will be disappointed to hear about the introduction of a Battle Pass in the co-op title, it seems like this addition won’t affect how the community will be playing the game, as it won’t have any pay-to-win elements.
