Motorola has been gearing up to release an all new smartphone. The Moto G22 is a highly anticipated phone and has been a victim to a series of leaks and rumors recently.

According to a report by GSMArena, Moto G22 was first spotted in a Geekbench listing during a benchmark test. Through the listing people figured that the upcoming smartphone would sport a Helio P35 chipset along with 4GB of RAM. Through the latest leak by Nils Ahrensmeier from Technik News, a lot more information has come to light. The user has provided the people with all the specifications and pricing for the upcoming Moto G22 through a tweet.

Through the tweet, it is evident that the Moto G22 will not have the previous mention Helios P35 chipset. Instead, it will house the Helios G37 Chipset, which basically means there will be no 5G capabilities in the upcoming smartphone.A key detail mentioned in the tweet is an all-new camera system. The rear camera setup will have 3 lenses, a 50-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera will have a 16-megapixel shooter with f/2.45 aperture.

As mentioned earlier, the smartphone will have an SD card slot. The smartphone will be shipped with Android 12 earlier it was assumed to be shipped with Android 11, which was disappointment for many, fortunately they have chosen to go with more recent version of Android now. The Moto G22 will have a splash of new color options including White, Iceberg Blue, and Cosmic Black. The tweet has also mentioned a Moto G22 price point that stands at 200 Euros or approx. Rs 17,000.
