The 50-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing finalist, said: “I’ve not always been a gym bunny, but I have always moved.
“When I was younger I was really into dancing but I never used to like the gym at school.
“When I got to 35 I got serious about knowing I needed to move.
“I was conscious of my metabolism and trying to keep that ticking over.”
Now Lisa is backing a David Lloyd Clubs campaign designed to help find a person’s fitness personality through a short Fitness Personality Quiz.
Lisa’s results saw her classified as a Lone Ranger – meaning she enjoys workouts that allow her to escape from daily life and get in her zone.
