Nadia continued: “It’s those things like curiosity, friends, laughter, a warm home, somebody to talk to and that’s a good reminder that it isn’t just about things.
“That’s our call this year to reach out to the hearts of the British people.”
Nadia’s charitable endeavours also extend into her parenting practices.
The Loose Women panelist has two daughters, Maddie, 19, and Kiki, 14, with her husband Mark Adderley.
Nadia said she encourages her daughters to keep in mind that others in their classes may not have all the privileges they do.
