Man Utd drop major hint on Ralf Rangnick’s chances of landing job after transfer decision | Football | Sport
Regardless of how well Rangnick fares in the final few months of the campaign, it now seems inevitable that an outside name will replace him in the dugout for next season.
The 63-year-old is reportedly one of five candidates for the job despite having an agreement to take up a consultancy role within the club at the end of the season.
Although Rangnick is in the running, it is understood that Mauricio Pochettino and Erik ten Hag are the frontrunners to land the United job on a permanent basis.
