United better without Weghorst
Wout Weghorst had, prior to this evening, started every game for United since his January arrival.
But the Netherlands international paid the price for his flat showing against Newcastle, with Ten Hag dropping him to the bench.
Without Weghorst, United looked far more fluid.
Rashford was, of course, the best player in a red shirt with his goal capping off a positive display from the forward.
Antony and Jadon Sancho also looked bright in attack, however, and it’ll be interesting to see if Ten Hag sticks with this front three going forward.
