Martin Lewis confirms how much your energy bill will rise after Ofgem price cap in April | Personal Finance | Finance
The Ofgem price cap is rising from April 1, meaning energy suppliers are allowed to charge households a maximum of £1,971 per year for their energy. How much will your energy provider be charging, according to MSE?
The £200 energy rebate announced by Chancellor Rishi Sunak has done little to lift people’s spirits.
Many people don’t want the rebate which in effect is a loan spread over five years.
A recent poll on Express.co.uk asked readers: “Do you actually want Rishi Sunak’s energy bill ‘loan’?”
An overwhelming 94 percent said no they didn’t.
