The series revolves around another book from George R.R. Martin, Fire and Blood. The first season of the series received rave reviews, thanks to the spectacular performances by the cast members, as well as the show’s riveting storyline, coupled with HBO’s top of the line production.

House of the Dragon Season 1 became so popular that the series also turned out to be the most pirated show of 2022. Now, fans are waiting for more details on House of the Dragon Season 2, and fortunately, they have just received some major news about it.

A report by Screenrant points towards a Reddit post featuring a clip of actor Matt Smith, who portrays Daemon Targaryen, talking about Season 2 at the Middle East Film and Comic Con in Abu Dhabi. Smith tells the audience that he has received all the scripts for season 2, and he further addedd that they had arrived “very late”.

The hosts then asks whether Matt Smith knows what is about to transpire in Season 2, to which Smith replied by stating that he doesn’t know all of it. The host tries to pry some details out of Smith about Season 2, but the British star doesn’t give anything away. Now that the scripts have arrived, fans are hoping that the series begins filming as soon as possible.
