Modern Warfare 2’s October 28, 2022 release date is approaching faster than ever and the players all set to dive into the game, with spectacular beta testing weekends. Before the release, Call of Duty has released a launch trailer for the title, and the iconic Task Force 141 has finally made their return. The whole squad is back, Sgt. John ‘Soap’ Mactavish, Sgt. Kyle ‘Gaz’ Garrick, Lt. Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley, Captain John Price and Colonel Alejandro Vargas, and they have been heavily featured in this gameplay trailer. Players get an insight into what the campaign will feel like and what role will the Task Force 141 will play in the game. Explosions, Gun fire and the ultimate weapon, ‘Team’, has been showcased in the MW2 launch trailer.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be adding new gameplay innovations such as all-new gun handling, advance AI, and more to bring the players an immersive campaign and multiplayer experience. The campaign will feature an unprecedented global conflict, that players will take on along with the members of Task Force 141. Modern Warfare 2 will also connect with Warzone 2.0 to bring the players a brand-new play space and sandbox mode.
In other news, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 was dubbed as the biggest Call of Duty beta in history. It recorded the most hours played, most players, and most matches played, which is great news ahead of launch.
