Navya Naveli Nanda wishes naani Jaya Bachchan on her birthday with a rare throwback pic

Veteran actress-turned-politician Jaya Bachchan celebrates her 75th birthday today. On the occasion, her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda shared a rare throwback pic.

Navya Naveli Nanda took to her social media handle to share an old photo featuring a young Jaya Bachchan. In it, she can be seen wearing a pair of oversized shades and a beret hat. She looks as beautiful as ever.

The picture is from the sets of Shor, a 1972 film that featured Jaya Bachchan alongside Manoj Kumar. 

Navya Naveli Nanda captioned the pic, “Happy birthday Naani. The real powerhouse. The glue that binds us all. I love you!” 

Jaya Bachchan has a filmography full of gems including Abhimaan, Guddi, Silsila, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and others. She tied the knot with Amitabh Bachchan back in 1973.
