Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot today. The South star couple’s wedding festivities are reportedly underway at a luxurious resort in Mahabalipuram. The two kept details about their wedding under wraps but an event this big is bound to make waves. For starters, Nayanthara and Vignesh’s wedding had a star-studded guest list that extended to the who’s who of the Tamil film industry.
The wedding attendees included Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan, Chiranjeevi, Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha, Shah Rukh Khan, Karthi, Ajith and many more. As per freshly emerged reports, over 100 rooms were booked to accommodate Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s guests. The figure only begs the question of just how many celebrities graced the special occasion.
As per reports on a leading news portal, a source revealed, “They’ve booked the whole place until this weekend. The wedding is likely to be followed by a reception at the wedding venue.”
The source revealed that the resort has a total of 129 rooms out of which 100 were reserved for the wedding guests.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan were in a relationship for seven years before they decided to tie the knot. Shivan proposed to the actress back in 2021. At the time of writing this story, the two are officially married.
